We have three boys, John (Tat Chun), Jimmy (Tat Fai) and Tat (Tat Ching), who all work in the kitchen and do everything. They cook both Chinese and American food, prepare all meats and vegetables, do the ordering, and take care of anything else that comes with the territory. They pitch in where ever it is needed, which can include helping with dishes and cleanup.

All three of my sons and I go to school. I take English classes to improve my communication skills, and I have to admit it is not easy at my age! The boys all go to college and cover for each other at work. They carry a pretty heavy load and juggle their schedules to accommodate each other.
