How do I redeem a gift card? To use a gift card that has been issued to you, simply indicate your full name, gift card number and original amount of gift card during online checkout, or include this information on the printable order form that you send to us along with your check or money order payment.
If your order totals more than the gift card amount or balance, the remainder of the order total can be paid by credit card or by mail-in payment. If your order total is less than the amount remaining on your gift card, we will keep the remaining gift card balance on the books for you to use at a later time.

Sales tax - There is no sales tax charged on orders from Donna's, except for orders being delivered to California addresses. Although sales tax is calculated for each order during the checkout process and will appear on your invoice, sales tax will only be charged on California deliveries. Sales tax rate is 7.75 percent.
Shipping & delivery - Currently, products are shipped only to the U.S. (contiguous 48 states only). International shipping (including to Canada or Mexico) is not available at this time. Shipping charges and delivery methods are provided on each product page.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is required to process any claim (refund, credit, exchange or replacement), by filling out and submitting the form at this link:
Even if you are not required to return the merchandise in order to initiate a claim (as in the case of some perishable items that should not be returned), the RMA form still needs to be filled out and submitted to us before we can process your claim.
When you receive your RMA number from us, usually within one business day, return the product directly to the supplier. This will help (1) avoid delay and/or forfeiture of refund or exchange and (2) avoid additional shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for merchandise sent to our street address or P.O. Box in Placerville. If you have any questions about where to return your item, please feel free to contact us.
Merchandise returned without an RMA is subject to rejection, resulting in forfeiture of your refund, credit, exchange or replacement.

Replacement parts - If you need replacement parts for an item you purchased from us, please fill out our request an item form and we'll do our best to find the part(s) for you. For some products we will already offer replacement parts as a convenience to you.
Warranties - Manufacturer warranties may apply to your product(s). Please fill out and mail any forms included and keep these warranties in a safe place. Follow the instructions on warranties and deal directly with the manufacturer as needed. We do not handle product warranties.
